Enchantment

Enchantment: To change something, To put a spell into, To chant into. Music connects us with magic. Through magic we invoke change. With intention, Fever Dreams works with poetry and song as tools to re enchant the world, to change the patterns of the oppression our human bodies exist within. To create a new story within, where our bodies are held, cherished, honored and respected.

We are the land we are not separate from her. When we remember our connection we remember who we are” The colonial symptoms have created a sickness. a disconnect, a nightmare that has been dreamed in. Yet life swells within us and all around us.

Fever dreams calls in the new language of the ancient tongue one in which the snakes run full of love. A thinking that binds us ever more deeply to the thick of the world. The spell of the sensuous between the body and the earth.

To those who fight for all life. The human hearts, the dreamers, the healers, the edge walkers, those wild queer visionaries, May we bloom and multiply connecting the distance between us. May we strengthen the collective magic as we return to beauty. Life will return here
